Mommy's Little Helper

Layla loves her bumbo because it means she can watch what I'm doing in the kitchen. I love it because it means that I can get something done in the kitchen. Today I was cleaning the stove (I don't normally have her next to the stove or the microwave fyi) and Layla got bored. So I improvised and handed her a strainer. Best Toy Ever!

 Then I looked over and she had a spatula. Impressive! I didn't realize she had the motor skills to pull it out of my canister.

 Then she decided that it wasn't worth her time to pull them out, but that she could just go straight to the source.

I guess I'll have a fuller dishwasher tonight. Except the strainer. Layla's keeping that one close.
